I lead an R&D initiative to ideate & prototype new concepts, technologies, & upgrades 

Im 2012 I was brought into a small team as support to the lead designer with product development. I worked alongside marketing, engineers, & creative leads. My role included establishing a hierarchy of needs in the grooming space, researching new techniques, & physical prototyping.

My design focus was on integrating new lighting technologies & mechanisms to be considered for future cabinet, accessory, & vanity lines that integrated unmet consumer needs while utilizing the existing capabilities & manufacturing techniques at the facility. I worked mostly with glass, metal, & LEDs. Numerous projects I initiated were later integrated into core product lines.
